Easily one of the best video game series in existence. Some of the games are great, some of them are meh, a lot of them I skipped, but you will not be mad at the story that is being told.

Where I think the story feels the most important is the conduit messages from Ezio to Desmond. I think a lot of people, Ubisoft's writing in future being the main reason why, forget that the historical portion was meant to feed the modern day. They worked in tandem, not as opposing forces

The Afrofuturism the is both legitimately and figuratively woven into the background culture of Wakanda is outstanding. Their cloaks are shields. The beads are communicators. There is just an overwhelming amount of outstanding design and thought that you can easily miss how smartly it was done

Thor Ragnarok
This was my first experience with Taika Waititi and it was funny. I thought it was really well told story about redemption and really finding out who you are inside. I think that is something that the whole of Marvel Phase 3 really works on is pushing this idea that we are more than our name.

Spider-Man: Homecoming
It is a movie that just keeps on giving. The action and slapstick comedy works so well with the Friendly vibe. I must applaud Tom Holland for the shape they got in, and his American accent. His chemistry with MJ and Ned is so good. I mean it makes sense he and Zendaya are in a great relationship.

The parkour was so good. There is a part at the end where you are running through this temple and you have to do things in the right order or you have to go back a section. This and some of the Vatican area are the most fun since you have so many ways of getting around and with a lot of the missions

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2
He could leap buildings in a single bound. However, in each comic they gave him new powers to fight the new villains. With the Infinity Stones being the major premise of these phases, you have to tame the people who can wield them. So this entire movie is to take away that power from him.

I think part of it might be Chiwetel Ejiofor's character constantly talking about everything going on off screen and the "battle for your life" every couple of seconds. I just never liked his character. Plus the super white bald Sorcerer Supreme is an odd choice

A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms
However, for a pure fantasy world, this is outstanding. No magic, no elves, just a fantasy knightly world where honor is lost to fable. It will easily be the best show I watch all year and the one I will recommend all year.

Assassin's Creed II
This is the beginning of the Ezio Trilogy, where you get one of the best protagonist in gaming. He is a little rambunctious at the start, but he turns into a solid character. Even by the end of the game itself, he is a lovable guy. A womanizer for sure, but people like him.

Predator Badlands
Take C-3PO on Chewbacca's back for an hour and a half, but killing giant monsters. A good combination of fight scenes, sarcastic remarks, and funny jibes, and you have the basis of this movie. The opening scene is one of the best fight scenes I've seen on a 1v1 scenario in a long time.

Rebel Moon Part 1
I know I might be among the few that feel that way about his movies, they are in the purely entertaining bracket of movies, but there is no substance. This movie is the perfect example of style over substance in movies. Part of that I think that is the pull from EVERY single sci-fi movie ever.
