Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
The fight scenes are the best. I mean just look at Ewan and Hayden just spinning those things with such fluidity that it feels very natural. I remember seeing an interview, I think as part of the Obi-Wan TV show, where Ewan talked about them being so fast that they were told to slow down.

Synopsis
Anakin and Obi-Wan continue to hunt for the insurrectionist as civil war ravages the galactic empire. However, the plans of the Sith are pushing forward and have made way for Chancellor Palpatine to take additional power.
Review
The last of the prequel-sequels and probably the best one according to fans. The fight scenes are the best. I mean just look at Ewan and Hayden just spinning those things with such fluidity that it feels very natural. I remember seeing an interview, I think as part of the Obi-Wan TV show, where Ewan talked about them being so fast that they were told to slow down. They had practiced so much it felt like a part of them.
The acting is⦠meh. I am for sure not a big fan of some of the new characters that showed up, I think it's mainly General Grievous. He is a cool, Android(?), but he doesn't have any depth. He is just a fancy battle droid. I think he is a lazy bad guy. I think Natalie Portman is just there. Furthermore, I feel like her presence was just a figurehead as compared to the last two movies and I think she didn't do as good of a job since she wasn't there. I don't think it was conscience of it, but it is there. She is just meh.
The CGI isn't as bad as Star Wars Episode II - Attack of the Clones with the blue hue floating around the characters which is really nice. The CGI for the Anakin and Obi-Wan fight is still so cool to see.
This is probably the better trilogy story. The world isn't in a good place, we know where it ends, and we've lost. It's close to real life and there is still hope with the twin being alive.
My Rating
I know that the prequel-sequel trilogy is not well-loved. However, there are scenes in this movie that are still relevant and still entertaining. The action in this movie is top-notch for the time and while some CGI elements show its age, the fighting does not. I want to give it an 8, however I do not think it is as entertaining for an adult as it was for me as a kid. As a reviewer watching these, I was able to be transported out of the movie into that world, but it doesn't hold as much water as it used to. It is a 7.
Parental Rating
There are a couple scenes that while they do not show anything, the killing of the younglings would not sit will with my mom even now. There is no language, no sex, no blood and gore, but a multitude of dead bodies and heavier tones. While I do not think my dad would watch it, based on the rules he would approve. My mom would still reject it.
