Ok, romance story and CGI woes out of the way. The cast does really well playing their characters. You can see the edges getting frayed and the mentality that will lead him to become Vader. That is really what these movies are about. The rise of Vader and his tyranny.

I can't tell you how many times I have seen this movie. Especially as a kid. I used to watch it on a small TV in the car between the front two seats that had a VHS player at the bottom. It was revolutionary for our car trips. However, I used to be able to quote this movie word-for-word.

The fight scenes are the best. I mean just look at Ewan and Hayden just spinning those things with such fluidity that it feels very natural. I remember seeing an interview, I think as part of the Obi-Wan TV show, where Ewan talked about them being so fast that they were told to slow down.

This is the last of the Kovacs book and I am happy that it is over. While this book was entertaining and told a great story, but really just felt like a long whiney book talking about how the girl he loved years ago who went somewhere else was killed based and he wants her back.

The characters are alright. The main character, Petrova, is my least favorite. Dr. Zhang and Rapscallion (The ships AI Robot) are probably my favorite. They have a sense of straightforwardness that in life I appreciate. He also has a nice comedic element that is pretty typical these days for robots

I know people call this a 10, however it isn't there. Timothy does a great job with one major exception. He monologue in the South. Every time I watch it, I am just dragged out of the movie because it doesn't feel believable as compared to the rest of the movie.

This is a weird movie. It wasn't what I was thinking it was going to be and honestly I didn't life it. I just think movies that show grotesque events, Dennis Quid chewing life a maniac, for the sake of just being gross. It doesn't add anything to the movie, and removes from the substance
TV
It isn't bad, but it isn't good for adults only. Jude Law does a decent job of play the Dred Pirate Roberts, sorry that is Princess Bride. One-eyed Willy? No, that is The Goonies. Well whatever his name is, Jod or so he says, but I always feel like he was holding back.

This book doesn't do a good job of explaining the connection in the series, but is an entertaining story about Kovatch on another adventure. The actions scenes are well described, but the story doesn't matter. It feels inconsequential at best. Other than being off planet in a different sleeve ...

I originally played this when it came out in 2019 and honestly I am surprised how far I got and didn't finish it. The fact that I made it to the second to last planet and then didn't finish is the testament as to how upset I was about this game. The gameplay is fun, but ...
TV
he show does follow the book fairly well from what I remember. There might have been some deviations, but I didn't see the changes as being so much that it takes away from the book/show. There is a ton of great actors in this, and I am really surprised that it kind of fell under the radar.
Movies
There are some scenes on the asteroid that still look awesome, and I really enjoyed it. In fact, upon looking into it, it was the sound and visual effects that won an Academy Award. The story is for sure not following any decent science, but it is entertaining.
