The Agency
The acting is superb. Jeffrey Wright is easily one of my favorite people in this show. Michael Fassbender and his accents are so good. He very much feels like the secret agent and spy that he is. I do appreciate the shrink calling out Naomi for some of her annoying traits, and then there is Gremlin

Review
This is an ok show. If you don't pay attention and watch just the episode at hand, then nothing is wrong. As soon as you start to remember things that happened in previous episodes, you then start to ask questions. These questions build up and just upset you. The overall story is pretty good. I really do like how things move between seasons and threads. How those things are woven together is also really well done.
The action is also really well done. For a show with very limited action, when it does turn on, it is the full faucet. At the end of the season 1, the attack on the convoy is so good and accurate that it makes you want more of that throughout the season. The spycraft, tradecraft, and manipulation are so well done, so well presented that it really does make you feel that you could do this job.

I do appreciate the shrink calling out Naomi for some of her annoying traits, and then there is Gremlin who isn't terrible, but she does have some plot armor.
My Rating
Wrapping this up, most of my issues are about how the extras are presented and some small subplot that are ignored. Lets start with the extras, which really is more consistency from scene to scene. For instance, Gremlin get shot in the shoulder by a sniper rifle, then a scene later she is moving her shoulder fine and there is no blood. There is also a couple scene where Martian's daughter is followed and he does take the advantage of that to wipe out 2 of the enemy agents. Would have been easy for him to do that without much hesitation. He isn't the greatest father, but that is an easy one-two punch. There is also people the background that have excessively wrinkled uniforms. If those were actual Marines, dear God help them for shit show that their life must have been after filming. With some frustrating items, but good story, I would give this a 7.
Parental Rating
Oh boy is there a lot of language and a lot of man butt. There are some sex scenes, but nothing incredibly graphic. There is also an incredible amount of violence when that comes up. I would think that the content of the show would be right up my Dad's lane, but the language would be hard for him to deal with. I think my Mom would be out due to the violence and sex. So I think I have to say rejected by both.
