Iron Man 2
The action in this is still so cool. Whiplash walking onto the track and whipping these cars in half and just the destruction. I also love the final battle with the drones. It is really well done.

The Incredible Hulk
The story works though. We get flashes to the origin story, and we get him working to hide and to work on himself and his control. I like that we get to see Ross as his true self early in the movie and he never waivers from it make him just as annoying as he shows up to be in the future movies.

The setting is so good. There is also so much cool technology and learning that you get just through osmosis. I mean, a 4-day decompression is absolutely crazy. I know that you need 2 10-minute hold sessions when you dive at 100 feet, but 4 days? Not only that, but I really want to see the math

This movie is only like an hour long because it was an HBO special feature at the beginning of draw down from Afghanistan. Kevin Bacon is outstanding in this and does a great job and honestly is the only real character.

When this movie first came out, I thought it was good, but not needed. Today, 9 years later, I feel the same way. However, the movie has aged very well, and I think it is better than the 6 or 7 that I would have given it years ago.

No sex, no language, limited graphic violence. Ok there are a couple scenes of someone sticking a hand inside Tony's chest so that is a bit outside my mom's preferences. My dad really enjoys this movie and Mom isn't completely apposed to it, so I am going to say approved by both.

Black Bag
Michael Fassbender is at it again with a stellar performance taking most of the rest of the cast to school. That makes it sound like they did bad, they didn't, but Fassbender is just excellent. Cate Blanchett is also superb in her performance.

Captain America The First Avenger
This was probably my least favorite movie in phase 1 and as I am watching 14 years later, it does a great job of holding up. The CGI looks good, the action is good, it isn't too cartoony, and the story is excellent. It still is a little slow.

The Town
These two though have some great scenes both together and on their own. They feel like brothers, they fight like brothers, and if I didn't know better, I'd say they grew up together in real life. This shows that while they might not have had banger after banger, they are outstanding actors.

Bad Boys for Life
Will and Martin are again outstanding in their comedy. I really like the return of Reggie as it is one of my favorite scenes from Bad Boys II where they make a scene when he picks up Martin's daughter.

This is very much your post Taken typical kidnapped person-of-interest movie. And that might be the most accurate and complete review that you'll ever see. The only real difference is the main star and the amount of Bull vs. Owl techniques. Jason just bulldozes his way in.
