Let me start off by saying it was an informative movie. I knew his work with Gorbachev thanks to books like The Main Enemy and his relationship with Margaret Thatcher thanks to The Spy and the Traitor, but a lot of the others items I didn't know.

If there was ever a female Jason Bourne movie at the moment, it would be this. Close quarters combat, good ole “who is the real spy,” and tradecraft with the KGB makes this an invigorating spy movie with lots of drama. Also Charlize's outfits are spectacular.

Its been a while since I have watched this movie and it holds up decently. The overall story is built on old Intelligence theory that Russia was building sleeper agents that were going to infiltrate the US. Think Black Widow with Scarlett Johansson.

This show killed itself with the incestuous relationship that occurs earlier in the series. Their decision to have this as part of the story line forces them to continue to recover in future seasons as those characters were forcibly removed from the show.

You can’t mess up a true-life spy story and they sure did not. No gun fights, not war stories, just 2 men who changed the world and stopped the Cuban Missile Crisis. Benedict Cumberbatch is a superb actor and I love watching his movies. I can’t think of anything that he has done that he hasn’t fit

I wish I had started with this book for my spy history series that I have stumbled into. It covers so much information with such clarity. The writing of the book is so well presented that you get to feel the headaches and frustrations as well as the triumphs of each team, both the CIA and KGB.

Ben Macintyre's story of a Russian Spy is the a great culmination of different sources to tell a concise and interesting story. Providing pivotal perspectives from different source to tell a complete story with no fluff and no overt bias.

I know people hate Jennifer Lawrence, but she does a great and believable job with this. My wife noticed that he accent sucks, but she used to speak Russian so it is easier for her to hear. I on the other hand, didn't feel like it ever waivered out of her voice. It was consistent.
