This is 2006 though and parkour and the entire first 10 minutes of the movie is basically that. Which honestly, I am not mad about, but I am glad that it is over.

Marvel Phase 2
With a second set of movies being exactly that, a second set of movies, there is nothing that brings the series forward for me. I think you can start to see the cracks in the formula, but also some highlights that they should have focused on.

First Blood
talk about the action as after the escape from jail that is 90% of this movie. We get that classic hip firing every gun, and the bandanna on the head. Now that I say this, I realize this movie is probably what made it the classic that it is.

You also have an abundance of different guns. I think in Borderlands 1, they touted over a billion different guns. I think at this point it has to be way more than that since there is a randomly generated attributes for each gun. This does mean that the guns that you enjoy do not scale with you

The Martian
As that is one of my favorite books, this movie was such a risk and I had such a high standard. This hit it and blew past it. The changes to the movie are honestly so minimal that you don't miss anything of value. There is one joke from the book that was taken out that was my favorite

Not a lot of language, which is funny speaking that this is the movie where cap acts like my dad and says "Language" which is the best joke in the movie. No sex. Violence is against robots which some exceptions at the end.

This is where Chris Pratt came onto the map and honestly in such a good way. I know that people will say Parks and Rec, but they are wrong. His comedy might have brought him to the table, but this performance put him on the map.

Captain America The Winter Soldier
The action is also outstanding. The scene where The Winter Soldier catches the shield is crazy. When I first watched in theaters, I remember the audible gasp and just being "Oh shit." Between that and the scenes of attempting to stop the Helicarriers is just very well done.

I hope that Tom Cruise as Ethan is done, at least as the primary character. At this point I am cool with them rebooting it or doing a new generation. If they were to reboot, I am not sure who would replace them that would be able to insist on the realism that we have gotten for the last 10 years

The story for this is my favorite in the series. What I think that this movie does better than most if not all of the others is the weaving pattern within the individual movie. This turn and that. Move and counter move. It feels organic and impulsive to the characters

Elder Scrolls: Oblivion Remastered
The second best one is the main story line. You have Patrick Stewart and Sean Bean voice acting two of the major roles. If heard/read an interview of Patrick Stewart talking about the back history he got on the Emperor and how much he loved it. His performance is so good
