Wick is Pain
The beginning is slow. I have talked a lot about the realism of the John Wick series and if you know, then you can see how it worked out here. Something super simple made there entire setup more real.

I know the importance of what the United States did for the world, the blunders it had, the errors it continues to make, and ultimately the level of corruption that took place under the guise of "National Security." I say all that knowing that I am still proud to have served my country Post-9/11
Movies
This is easily one of the earliest movies I can remember loving. The chase sequence of the Hummer and Ferrari is still one of my favorites of all time. In fact, I still have models of both of those vehicles and have had them since I was a kid.
Movies
The musicality of this movie is good. My favorite scene is when Denzel and the kidnapper have this educational rap battle. It reminds me of the fluidity on Transformed and how there is a rhythm to the spoken word, not just the rhyme.
Movies
I don't know how to even start this. This is my LEAST favorite Christopher Nolan film and I don't know why people love it so much. Was that acting good? For sure. Was the movie good? Meh.
Movies
This is 2006 though and parkour and the entire first 10 minutes of the movie is basically that. Which honestly, I am not mad about, but I am glad that it is over.
Books
This was a crazy book full of wild stories from sacrificing a goat, to selling drugs, and becoming friends with the most unlikely people. Scott Payne is pretty good writer and I have no issue with his story telling. Just want more information about certain things
Movies
With a second set of movies being exactly that, a second set of movies, there is nothing that brings the series forward for me. I think you can start to see the cracks in the formula, but also some highlights that they should have focused on.
Movies
I really like the CGI and slapstick comedy in this. I think it is because of the blend of practical and CGI combined from the tiny and full size perspective. The scene of them fighting on the Brio Thomas the Tank Engine train set, which honestly the fact that I pulled that name from memory is cool
Movies
Ana De Armas is outstanding. Speaking that I really only knew her from Blade Runner 2049, I was concerned about her playing this role. However, her preparation is more than apparent and I owe her an apology. Her acting is well done, the action is chef’s kiss
Movies
I can vividly remember first hearing about this at camp in middle school and being told it was awesome, but there was a lot going on. I also heard, maybe at that time and again later that the reason this never made it to theaters is that they actually did shoot a cat in the movie.
Movies
talk about the action as after the escape from jail that is 90% of this movie. We get that classic hip firing every gun, and the bandanna on the head. Now that I say this, I realize this movie is probably what made it the classic that it is.
