This was a superb book with stories of our fight with terror groups from the 80s to just before/after 9/11 from a Counter Terrorism Agent. Frank does a immaculate job putting stories in front of you highly the thought process of each step without putting you to sleep.
Movies
First off, I expected this movie to be full of the typical zombie things and full of cheezy/chringy lines. I was thinking a bad mash up of Zombieland and the terrible crowdfunded movie Range 15. I expected it to be so bad I wouldn’t be able to finish it, like Range 15. However, I was wrong.
TV
Now this is how you turn a video game into TV Show/Movie. This show is spectacular. I honestly am trying to find some reason to point it out being bad, but it really is the exact opposite. It is almost perfect.
Books
This books is a great expansion to what was a fantastic movie. I really appreciate when a movie stays true to a book. The story is well thought out and what would naturally be filler or world building, I felt it wasn't so bad that I wanted to skip ahead. I felt like I wanted to know more.
Movies
I know people hate Jennifer Lawrence, but she does a great and believable job with this. My wife noticed that he accent sucks, but she used to speak Russian so it is easier for her to hear. I on the other hand, didn't feel like it ever waivered out of her voice. It was consistent.
TV
Amazingly inventive and visceral combat could not keep the snail from killing this show. Overall this is the slowest full production show that I have ever watched. This show only continued for 2 reasons. 1) it was, at the time, the best Apple TV show out and 2) Jason Momoa.

Throughout history, there has been a desire rise above ones emotions. Both the religious and non-religious look to take action in their lives, but it is when we are controlled by the energy that we lose our ability to be in control.
Movies
This movie was SUPER weird and really interesting. It is not very often that I can't put the pieces together of a movie pretty early on, but I was probably 3/4 of the way through I figured it out. The acting was fantastic with Ralph Fiennes doing an amazing job of playing his character, "The Chef."
TV
This show starts crazy and ends weak. The story is interesting and does a great job pulling you in. It’s just off, though. This show has been labeled a comedy and while there were some funny bits, Scooby-doo has better comedy than this. It isn’t that the jokes didn’t land, it’s that they are there.

This book is a good read on a meditation method that stems from Japanese martial arts. For new meditators, it does a great job of laying out the steps and reasons why those steps are important for you to train with.

What a weirdly unpredictable predictable movie. I know that makes no sense, but you could see some of the larger plot points coming, but how they brought them forward was super out of the ordinary.

So this book was ok. To be frank, I had an issue with understanding some of the issues going on with the book because of the pronoun choice. Not making any political statements, but the use of the pronoun "They" made the book very confusing for me.
